I have always maintained the philosophy of being well rounded. I began working out around 8 years ago as a way to cope with the stress of law school. I never really thought about fitness modeling or serious training. Each year, I became more and more involved in finding out new information on nutrition and training techniques. When I started working out, I started from scratch. Prior to working out, I played a lot of tennis. I was not very muscular at all. In fact throughout my college years, I was tease for having a pear shaped body. (That's what fraternity brothers do, knock each other down) I have always been a very disciplined and dedicated person. I lift in the mornings at 5:00 am six days a week and do cardio at night three times a week. I eat five times a day and try to get 8 hours of sleep each night. Between this and working as a lawyer, you might think my personal life suffers. Not true. I am currently involved with someone who is just as involved in working out and is very understanding. I always try and make time to maintain a well balanced life. I have only been fitness modeling for about two years now, and I have been the centerfold feature in "Exercise for Men Only". I was named Mr. Austria for the International Male Model 2000 Competition which was covered by the E channel. I did the packaging for SPRI fitness products which should hit shelves later this year. I have worked with a number of great photographers across the country, including John Mitchell. He is great to work with and View Photo Portfolio Site Created & Hosted by MetroHost.Com
