My name is Gavin Watson and I am a Personal Trainer in the Fort Myers area. As a lifelong athlete, fitness and wellness has been an integral part of my life. Whether it is to lose weight, gain mass, increase strength, or tone and sculpt, I drive people to accomplish their fitness goals.
I was born in Jamaica, West Indies. In December 1995, my parents and I relocated to Lakeland Florida. There, I attended Lakeland Senior High School playing on the soccer and baseball team. My education continues later at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, where I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Management.
I worked in the corporate world for a few years, but was not very happy. To find a career that I absolutely love, I turned to the fitness industry. I attend Edison State College and pursued my Personal Trainer Certification which was offered by World Instructor Training School (WITS). Upon completion of the personal training program, I attained a position at Gold's Gym, Fort Myers, as an independent trainer. Currently, at Gold's Gym, I train numerous clients from various fitness backgrounds along with instructing boot camp, resistance and abs classes.
I never really give much thought into fitness modeling until I met Ray Okelly. He introduces me to John Mitchell of BBpics.com and from there I decided to give it a shot. On November 28, 2009, I met John in Naples, Florida for my first outdoor/beach shoot. It was an awesome experience. John is as professional as any photographer could get. He was very personable in a professional manner. His cues were great, especially considering that I was a rookie to fitness modeling. I would recommend anyone to BBpics.com.

I understand how hard it is to maintain a busy schedule while balancing proper nutrition and exercise. Therefore, my focus is to continue my education and putting into practice the newest leading edge techniques to ensure true results not only for my clients, but also for myself.
