Let me begin by introducing myself, my name is James Mauro Dalskov. I'm 26 years old from Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey. I have spiky brown hair and brown eyes, which are all traits of my background. I am Italian, Irish, Greek, and Danish, wild combination right? I'm 6 foot tall, all weighing in at 185 lbs.

In 1999 I graduated from Hasbrouck Heights High school and went on to attend Bergen Community College for 2 years majoring in Business Management. While in college I fell into the world of car sales. I learned that I had a great sense for sales and have been caught up in ever since. Since 2004 I have been pronounced as the best salesman at Stadium Auto mall in Rutherford, New Jersey.

When I am not working I enjoy watching, and playing sports. Football is my favorite sport. When I get a chance to play a game whether its on playstation 2 or on an actual field, I am happy. I also like to play basketball because it's a great way for me to incorporate cardio into my workout routine. Every Monday thru Friday, for the past 5 years I have been hitting the gym and dieting to retrieve what results I have today.

My schedule at the gym looks something like this:

Monday- chest workout
Tuesday- back workout
Wednesday- Legs
Thursday- Shoulders
Friday- bi's and tri's

This line-up has kept me healthy and in shape along with my diet. All week I eat healthy, egg whites, grilled chicken, tuna fish, and drink protein shakes. My only cheat day is Sunday, when I eat everything in site. By keeping up with my routine I have undergone great results. I went from being a skinny 155 lbs to a lean 185 lbs.

Finally, I want to get into modeling for 2 reasons. I've always liked attention, that's why I started my workout routine in the first place. I know I will do well in the business. The spotlight is the place for me. I also want to be a role model for kids. I want them to know that they can do whatever they put their minds to. I have pushed myself to the limit and am now getting help and guidance from photographer John Mitchell. He is helping me move on to the next level. Working with John is great. He's fun and go getting, he knows what he's talking about. He has really pumped up his craft of photography and I am looking forward to working with him in the future.
